Kidney Flow + Breathwork
This is not a class. It's a practice.
Every two weeks, a small group of six people gather to learn how to hold their own body — using Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care holds, breathwork, and stillness. The sequence is guided and held by two practitioners, so you're supported the whole way through. You're not here to perform or keep up. You're here to actually arrive in your body and stay there for a while.
We start with the kidney flow — the flow that helps you return to flow. When you've been running on empty, overriding yourself, holding everything together with sheer will, this is where we begin. Releasing the tension between the brows. Reconnecting to source. Learning to stop managing and start receiving.
